WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Pangea America always wants our clients to be completely satisfied with our products. We take great pride in the quality and workmanship that goes into every item, and we want you to be comfortable knowing we stand behind our products.
But we realize things happen, and when they do, we are happy to help.
RETURN POLICY
You are able to return items for an exchange or for a full refund within 30 days of the date received. The returned items must be in the original packing materials and in sellable condition. To initiate an exchange, please contact Pangea America.
New shipping charges will apply to the replacement items. No exchanges will be made after 30 days and on large orders exceeding $2500.00.
WARRANTY POLICY
Pangea America warrants its product line against materials and workmanship failure for the term of 12 months from the date of delivery. If the product is determined to be defective, Pangea America will repair, replace or refund its value at Pangea America's discretion. Pangea America will determine the prorated value of each defective item based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, duration of ownership, condition, environmental factors and care of the products. Any repaired or replaced product will be returned to the sender freight prepaid.
What is NOT covered by this warranty, including but not limited to:
1. Removal, installation, shipment and insurance costs;
2. Improper installation, usage or maintenance;
3. Misuse, abuse or neglect;
4. Damage to related elements, including any livestock;
5. Normal wear and tear;
6. Costs other than the product, i.e., costs due to labor or down time of an exhibit;
7. Alterations of the original design or unauthorized repairs.
All warranties implied by law are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
Product Care:
DO NOT use caustic chemicals when cleaning.
For best results, when cleaning gently use a white pad or light brushing.
All products must be thoroughly rinsed prior to installation.
